No, just register for FREE and BUY MORE GET MORE.
5. Will membership expire?
No. It is lifetime membership, so does not expire.

7. How do I active my Membership Account after register?
You will need to register with your Name, D.O.B, NRIC Number and Mobile Number. Once completed, you will receive an OTP for login.
8. What is the minimum spending to collect points?
Collecting points with minimum spend of RM1 (including service tax) in a single receipt.
9. How do I collect points ?
Show your Member ID or Member QR Code on One Empire when ordering to collect points with spending every RM1 and above in a single receipt.
You will not be entitled to collect points after payment. Late claim is not allowed.
10. How many points I can collect in a day?
There’s no restriction for points collection in a day.
11. Can I transfer points, rewards and e-vouchers to my friend’s account?
No, you can’t transfer points, rewards and e-vouchers to another membership account.
12. Can I show screenshot/photo of my Member QR Code to collect My Sushi and redeem a reward?
No, you must present your Member ID/QR Code on One Empire to collect and redeem points, rewards, and e-vouchers.
13. Can I use my Membership for a delivery order?
Unfortunately, you can’t. You can only collect and redeem points and redeem points, rewards and e-vouchers for walk in and pre-order.
15. How do I redeem the rewards?
To enjoy the reward, just flash your Member ID or Member QR Code upon order and inform our staff that you would like to redeem the reward, our staff will assist you to redeem your rewards.
16. When I can redeem the reward?
You only can redeem your reward at next purchase while the Reward E – Voucher is ready in your Membership Account.
17. Can I redeem more than one reward at one time?
Yes. There are not limitation reward claim in a day! The more you Love Empire Sushi, the more savings you get.
18. Will points get expire?
Yes. For example, points earned in April 2021 are valid till 31st December 2022; points earned in March 2021 are valid till 31st December 2022. (Empire Friend and Empire VIP)
19. Will Rewards Voucher expire?
Yes. Reward E-Voucher must be redeemed within 30 days of the reward date. Besides that, the expiring date will status on the Reward E-Voucher.
20. How can I check My Sushi and Rewards collection?
You can check all in your Membership Account “My Account” on One Empire!
21. Can I get any birthday reward?
Yes, Empire VIP will get a RM8.80 Reward E-Voucher on birthday month. Valid for 30 days.
22. What do I do when I didn’t receive Points/Reward Voucher?
It’s may due to internet connection. Make sure your internet connection on your mobile phone is stable. Then, close the app and open again.
23. What do I do when I didn’t receive a My Sushi/Reward Voucher after 24 hours?
