1. Must have a smartphone.
2. Download and install One Empire mobile app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
3. Register as a membership via mobile number before using One Empire.
4. Start collecting points (RM1 = 1 points), e-cash rebate, pre-order and redeem rewards.

You will need to own a smartphone as members can only be recognize with One Empire.

Yes, the membership is valid at nationwide Empire Sushi’s outlet.

No, just register for FREE and BUY MORE GET MORE.

No. It is lifetime membership, so does not expire.

1. Membership Tier

a. Empire Friend

b. Empire VIP (spending of RM500 and above annually).

2. Member service:

a. Point accumulation: For every RM1 worth of purchase, earn 1 point. (Empire Friend and Empire VIP)

b. Point redemption: Points can be redeemed as e-voucher in One Empire (Empire VIP).

c. Point validity period: Beginning] January 2021, points earned will expire at the end of every second year on 31st December. For example, points earned in April 2021 are valid till 31st December 2022; points earned in March 2021 are valid till 31st December 2022. (Empire Friend and Empire VIP)

Upon Purchase,

Buy RM 21, get RM 1.20 e-voucher

Buy RM 41, get RM 2.40 e-voucher

Buy RM 61, get RM 3.60 e-voucher

Buy RM 81, get RM 4.80 e-voucher

Buy RM 101, get RM 8.80 e-voucher

You will need to register with your Name, D.O.B, NRIC Number and Mobile Number. Once completed, you will receive an OTP for login.

Collecting points with minimum spend of RM1 (including service tax) in a single receipt.

Show your Member ID or Member QR Code on One Empire when ordering to collect points with spending every RM1 and above in a single receipt.

You will not be entitled to collect points after payment. Late claim is not allowed.

There’s no restriction for points collection in a day.

No,  you can’t transfer points, rewards and e-vouchers to another membership account.

No,  you must present your Member ID/QR Code on One Empire to collect and redeem points, rewards, and e-vouchers.

Unfortunately, you can’t. You can only collect and redeem points and redeem points, rewards and e-vouchers for walk in and pre-order.

To enjoy the reward, just flash your Member ID or Member QR Code upon order and inform our staff that you would like to redeem the reward, our staff will assist you to redeem your rewards.

You only can redeem your reward at next purchase while the Reward E – Voucher is ready in your Membership Account.

Yes. There are not limitation reward claim in a day! The more you Love Empire Sushi, the more savings you get.

Yes. For example, points earned in April 2021 are valid till 31st December 2022; points earned in March 2021 are valid till 31st December 2022. (Empire Friend and Empire VIP)

Yes. Reward E-Voucher must be redeemed within 30 days of the reward date. Besides that, the expiring date will status on the Reward E-Voucher.

You can check all in your Membership Account “My Account” on One Empire!

Yes, Empire VIP will get a RM8.80 Reward E-Voucher on birthday month. Valid for 30 days.
